With over 30 years of experience in the trades, Sean brings a rare combination of old-world artisanship and skilled construction expertise to every project he takes on. Based in Northern California, Sean lives what he builds — he constructed his own ICF (concrete) home with Salvador on a sprawling 10-acre ranch, where he raises his son and shares the land with his dog, cat and many chickens.
Sean's Italian heritage runs deep in his work. Inspired by generations of craftsmen before him. From complete builds, renovations, and ADUs to hand-set stone, custom tile, and concrete work, Sean brings the full range of construction expertise and artisan craft to every project. Sean and his partner Salvador made a deliberate choice to keep Corestone small — so they can be personally involved in every project. Salvador has called Ukiah home for 35 years, where he and his wife have raised 4 children and now enjoy a growing family of 12 grandchildren. With 26 years of hands-on concrete experience, Salvador brings a rare depth of expertise to every project — from hundreds of slabs, foundations, sidewalks, and retaining walls to specialized ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) construction, a building method that demands precision few contractors master. His skills extend well beyond concrete, encompassing the full range of residential construction.
